i was told it,s hard to get cover on a converted hiace for private use is this true and if so how can taxi men get cover no problem :rolleyes:

We don't offer insurance cover on 9 seater vehicles for private use. There may be instances where we can cover the vehicle if it is adapted for wheelchair users.

We do offer taxi cover on 9 seater vehicles as the underwriting criteria for taxi policies differs from private car policies.

do you cover vw caravelle it has 9 seats if a full licence covers 8 plus 1 i was just wondering why not just you but all insurance co dont cover a hiace but will cover a caravelle, vito primastar, thanks niall
