Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Only two genuine defenders on the bench this week! :p

I doubt Suso was ever going to feature, just along for the ride.

Suso should have played last night surely if he was going to miss today

    Hopefully we will see Assaidi

Carragher on the bench ahead of Coates....The Brendan Rodgers can f*ck right off.

    Liverpool FC ‏@LFC
Confirmed #LFC team: Reina, Kelly, Agger, Skrtel, Johnson, Shelvey, Gerrard, Allen, Sterling, Borini, Suarez.

Subs: Jones, Enrique, Sahin, Assaidi, Henderson, Downing, Carragher

It's an absolute disgrace we have to field our strongest side week-in-week out especially knowing who we have next weekend.

1 point from our next two at best I fear.

It's a bit early in the season to be resting players especially since they have a week to recover.

    Hope Assaidi gets a run.

We can rest most or all of that team midweek with the United game in mind

Have a look over at the UTD game and see who they have rested in preparation for next week.

You cannot go over four months with a squad that consists of your strongest side starting every week in this league. It's fücking ridiculous to think so.

Brendan Rodgers doesn't have the luxury to rest key players with the start we have had and the size of a squad really.

Out of the 2 games, this is our best chance of getting points on the board so we really need to go for it.

resting players 4 games into a season (and after an international break)?

Oh dear the stupid virus is running rampant. Hard to tell if any of it is being feigned, hopefully at least some of it.

I thought are main aim was the league? Going by that idea are strongest team should play every week, with fringe players and youth for Europa/Capital Cup and FA Cup!
