Silent Meditaion Space

    Hi

    Im thinking of renting out a space for a silent meditation in Galway City

    It will be on weekly on Monday mornings 10am to 11am

    The meditation will be for half an hour and then time to share afterwards

    It will be run on a donation basis to cover costs

    Anyone interested? :D:)

    We also do a 1 hour Vipassana sit every Monday at 5.45pm in the middle of town if you're interested. It's in the tradition of SN Goenka.
