Not sure if i am in correct place. There is a company in Galway who are in Business for over 25 years but still dont have a website so there domain in still available is it possible for me 2 buy it and when they relise a website would be handy for them they my want it. So i am asking can i buy it and then sell it

You won't be able to buy the .ie version (or if you can, you can be made hand it over). The .com version is a lot trickier legally, but ultimately, there are more than enough variants to make it uneconomical for you.

Oh and it's certainly morally wrong, what you're talking about is Cybersquatting
