Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How old is it? It may be covered under Guarantee. Even if its not id bring it back and ask them to take a look.

Mine went like that years ago and i left it plugged into PC and restarted PC. Only worked with back USB aswell so try them all.

Id say that was an older model though. Might not work but try anyway

It's 3years old, I'll give that a go it's so annoying when nothing works

If all else fails bring it onto a shop and they might have seen a fix for it. Even if its not under guarantee.

Just let it drain down the battery and when it's black and off, then plug it in again and charge it up. It will be fine.
