    Rather stay in Limerick?

    Would this tempt you?

I had my done in Optilase in Ely Place in Dublin. I think they have a Limerick office now. I paid big bucks for mine in 2006 and thrilled with the results still today.

Some Private Health Insurance companies give you money back when you get it done. I got €1,000 back in 2006 with my Insurance(cancelled insurance the day the cheque cleared - suckers)

I don't know if they do the surgery in Limerick, more like a walk in centre for pre op and post op care.

+1 Optilase, got mine done last year, can't believe I waited so long to get them done. Had to travel to Cork for op and aftercare but think they do the aftercare in Limerick now. Cost 2.5k or so but can claim 20% back against tax. The procedure was simple, little discomfort no pain.
