Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. Don't write such moronic statements.

It is akin to saying - I don't care if the Ref gave us two vital decisions because we got the points.

    Thats a given.

He had a choice to apply the rules fairly. Whatever Shelvey got, Evans should have got etc.

Moronic?? Well said noodler. But we have bragging rights so off that pedestal with you

Shelvey jumped 2 footed, studs showing over the ball.

RVP slid one foot, level with the ball.

    Geddit now?

what game are you watching???? And Where was Evans Feet. cause there weren't on the grass??

    stoppage stoppage time.

How was that not a free kick?

Anyway, game over now. Man U win, undeserved but nobody will care about that at the end of the season should they win the league. The good news is if they continue to play like that they will not win it. Transfer window cannot come soon enough. Need someoen who can find the back of the net.

    Yes!!!

Poor performance considering that Liverpool are a very mediocre side though.

I understand people being annoyed about the red, but genuinely can't begin to understand how you wouldn't think that was a penalty. Jesus christ like, Johnson slide tackled from behind and didn't get the ball and hit the player. It's a foul clear as day, that's why none of the liverpool players were criticising it.

slid in from behind but never touched the player with his feet

Uniteds poorest performance of the season. Lucky to get a win.

One of the worst refereeing performances I've ever seen truly shocking anyone who thinks Halsey had a good game is deluded

Your ability to get things wrong is stunning - Reina got a yellow card for criticizing it.

Man of the match was definitely a united player today and his name is Mike F**king Halsey what a horrible horrible display of reffing.

Again, if thats all you can add to the discussion then don't bother.

"YESSSS" etc is all a bit pointless.

A ****ing disgrace of a performance from Mark Halsey.

Utd were bloodless in every department, against 11 and against 10 and against 9 for a minute or two.

Liverpool need to get a striker in January no question, but we all knew that.

    Otherwise very encouraging.

United really lucky to win, didn't deserve too. Liverpool were excellent until the sending off. Decisions were questionable especially the penalty

Not penalty, penalties Liverpool should have had 1 if not 2

Fcuking joke of a ref. Valencia diving. United very ordinary vs 10 men for most of the game. Liverpool must have broken a few mirrors with the amount of bad luck they are having. Played well and deserved something from the game.

We've done it!! Play Shít still win. Fans were fantastic all the way through! 5 wins in a row now. Not performing anywhere near our best but wins are wins.

Hopefully a nice heated game with plenty of controversy -

I reckon pool to score first and united to come back and score 2.

One of those games i was hoping pool would win, united were terrible but won.

Liverpool though played with a lot of heart, with performances like that they'll comfortably avoid relegation.

As expected we dominated the midfield but expecting us to play 10 vs 12 was always going to be very difficult.

Did united just go to fortress anfield and take 3 valuable points off liverpool while letting 2 oaps get a game and leaving the best defender at home to rest? Yes i think they just did:D:D:D:D:D:D

Liverpool have won one of their last 6 at Anfield. I don't think anybody would describe that as a fortress.

No Rooney, No Vidic, played terrible but 3 points in the bag! Let's hope Rafael is all good!

We have played even worse at Anfield and still won League and even Champions league.

    On the game, Undeserved.

United got out of jail. Deserved nothing there today. Liverpool should feel robbed. Ref gave them no big decisions at all.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,929 ✭✭✭JaMarcus Hustle

    Gary Neville on Rafael's goal:

"It's a great finish, there hasn't been a Manchester United #2 who's scored a goal like that in a while" :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,883 ✭✭✭smokedeels

Man, we were bland and clueless yet again but 3 points at a usually tricky ground like Anfield is hard not to feel happy about, the better sides will punish us so it needs to be sorted out.

Jesus if Suarez would just go down he might get a decision now and then.
