Is there such a thing as an Expresscard SSD HD?

Was thinking that it would be a very convenient way to add a small SSD hd to my laptop and still keep a larger drive for other less used data.

Anybody hear, see or have used something like this?

I highly doubt you'll be able to boot from express card storage. If you're not using the SSD as a boot disk, then it's a waste of time imo.

I would want to be certain of the kind of speeds you would get from those products also, it's not something I've seen any mainstream brands do, so I would be wary.

And any, you can buy a 256GB SSD for under 200 these days, and it would be a good drive at that, something like a crucial M4.

Forget it, the speed of expresscard SSDs sucks and a 256GB SATA SSD is a lot cheaper.

32/64GB usb sticks are very cheap and common, my advice would be to avoid and rethink.
