    Much ado about nothing.

I doubt Llloris is too upset over not getting the opportunity to get kicked about on a wet and windy evening in Carlisle.... He's probably sitting at home in front of the fire with a glass of Du Pape in hand!

Are the two commentators gooners or what, they sound disappointed we're ahead.

    Townsend 2-0 !!!!

Gylfi makes it 3 - 0. Good for him to get a goal, hopefully it'll encourage him to play better in the next few games.

    Sig 3-0

Chelsea play Man Utd, least that's one of them out.

Sky Sports News is your best bet. They'll probably be showing them every hour on the hour up to midday.

Got em, looked decent, great to see the three lads getting goals.

You'd like to think that if we make a few changes, and if they do the same, we'll be too strong...never works out so simple though.

I keep on saying I hope Adebayor plays and scores to get him started but he seems to be made of paper this season

I just hope Lennon is given a rest. He's been having a great season and is putting in some really stonking shifts, but he won't be able to do that all season. Put him on the bench and bring him on if needed.

Falque looked decent last week, he might play instead of Lennon.

Falque had a good game last week. Would like to see him given a start but would prefer to see Townsend given a go. He is fast and direct like Lennon and would not cause too much of a change to our system. Yes he is left footed but he can change wings with Bale, like Lennon does at times during most games.

Looking forward to this one tonight after we played so poorly against them at WHL in the league.
A result and we are in the last 8. With Bradford, Leeds, Middlesboro left in the pot, we could get a handy draw and ......

Haven't seen the new Wembley yet. Might check it out next Feb.

I agree with SuperSi on Lennon, but I think it's imperative that a number of players are rested. The likes of Sandro and Vertonghen too.

I think a few other players need the match fitness if they're going to be playing regularly in the first team - the likes of Huddlestone and Dempsey (he still looks way of it.)

    Lloris

    Walker - Dawson - Caulker - Naughton

    Livermore - Hudd

Dempsey (Falque) - Siggy - Livermore

    Defoe (Dempsey)

Maybe AVB will prefer to reward Falque with a place instead of Defoe and put Dempsey up top on his own.
