Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    He really is playing himself into early retirement, Brendan Rodgers did a right soft soap for the press but its clear as day his number is up.

    Otherwise its been a pretty good first half, Suso didn't owe Pacheco an apology

    Yesil/Borini for Downing at HT for me. Dani to the left and Assaidi to the right.

    I'd also take Sahin off after ~65 mins to give him a bit of a break before Sunday.

    seems like this side is showing more signs of adapting rodger's game than the first time albeit against young boys who are an average side

    i have to say henderson has been very good in the middle so far, good at breaking up play and neat and tidy on the ball - surprised he hasn't had more game time this season -he suits Rodger's gameplan to a tee, even more surprised if it's true that they offered him for dempsey, sahin and himself doing a good job in there

    suso and wisdom good too and assaidi showing flashes, already looks a more dangerous player than downing

    Wisdom has been brilliant all things considered (like that he is a centre back!), may I suggest he is moved to that position to spare us any more Carra and stick Robinson at right back even though he's a left back really. (only half joking)

    The only real issue is the supply line to the front, Henderson has seen a lot of the ball quite deep so Sahin needs to help with Suso to get the ball into the danger areas playing on the floor.
