    Agreed........a little bit of joined up thinking would do wonders
    Were probably back to canvessing the "inland waterways group" (not sure what they are called), Local Co Co etc

    Now as to how you make it happen in the next 6mts so that it would be a meaningful excercise to facilitate the "gathering" project is anybody's guess :(
