Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

can anyone tell me if it is free to use maps as a sat nav (if you know what i mean) or does it use data?
if it uses data then i dont see the point of it especially if abroad, surely they could have it so it works in the same way as a sat nav does? thanks.

I haven't tried it but if it needs to track you then it might use data.

ah sh*te, is it just me or does anyone else think that it is a complete waste of time then? using the internet abroad costs a fortune and the chances are you are more likely to need directions when abroad? just seems pointless :mad:
if a sat nav can work for free dunno why the phone can't, or am i missing something?:confused:
