    Hello Eircom,

    Can you let me know the procedure for connecting a phone line to a new house. The physical line needs to be connected? It is a new house and has never had a connection before.

    Is there a cost for the connection or is it ocvered in the line retal fee?

    Hi Stephen

    All new provides such as full/in situ installations are free of charge as there is a promotion available at the moment. It can take anywhere between 24 working hours -10 working days depending on the type of installation that needs to be carried out at your address/exchange. There would be a 12 month contact, line rental costs €25.78 per month but we have bundle packages here http://bit.ly/JOSt2h that include line rental and broadband.
