Ulster Bank - Help Activating Card problems

Just got my new ulsterbank card, I have to activate it by sending a text to 68282, It didn't work though maybe its due to having an Irish number ? It fails to send. Has anyone else had this problem and used a dialling code in front of it? Thanks.

you need to use mobile with Irish simcard to get the activation to work. If you have foreign simcard and are roaming here in Ireland, it wont work.
