Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am hoping someone might have been through this interview process before!

I have been working in a private college for the last few years and I have applied for an assistant lecturer position
I have a Masters and a degree in the subject and I have taught the course in a private college
    so what should I expect?
I know I will asked about the subject area etc.
but what to expect about research etc?
A panel of 6 are interviewing

    thanks a million!:)

Dont want to start a new thread as I've a similar enough query.
I'm applying for Assistant Lecturer / Part Time Tutor roles with an IT and on the job advert it states "Applicants for these posts should have at least an honours H2
primary degree and at least three years’ post-qualification experience. Only applicants with the above qualifications will be considered."
I have a Masters and over 3 years (non teaching) work experience since graduating, I also have 2 years approx of part-time tutoring at various levels.
I'm just wondering if the "three years’ post-qualification experience" refers to teaching/tutoring experience or just work experience in your qualified field?
    Thanks in advance
