Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Did you get a driver cd with the mouse? Might need to reinstall.
(I'm assuming you're not talking about the physical connection)

What OS are you using? Are you connected to the net? Some devices need to download the drivers online.

I'd say unistall any software associated with the mouse and install from scratch. Might solve the problem. Always worth trying a different USB slot as well

    +1
    1. Get the exact model number, it may be under the battery cover inside the mouse
    2. Disconnect the USB stick
    3. Uninstall
    4. Download the latest s/w from http://www.logitech.com/en-roeu/support
    5. Connect the USB stick
    6. Wait for the drivers to load, then you should be able to use the mouse

Most likely the device is faulty - have you access to another computer to see if it instals ok on that ?
The other possibility is a faulty or flaky USB card/bus - any other USB devices you can plug in to see if the port is playing up ?
