Gaming rig €700-750

Hey, I'm looking to get a new gaming PC (my current one is getting old and overheating) . From looking around I think I'll go with lb.hardwareversand.de(they put the parts together for €20)
Games I'll be hoping to play : Minecraft(highest settings) , The sims 3, LoL, Borderlands 2, CS:GO, Portal 2, TF 2, Skyrim, BF3. Elder scrolls online and BF4 (when they come out).
My budget is €750 .
Don't need a monitor , mouse or keyboard.
Also I'd like it to be as quiet as possible and I need a copy of windows.

Any suggestion?

Not sure about the quality of that cooler. It mightn't be much better than the Intel one. The freezer 13 Pro is a reasonably decent one and not to bad to install.

Get a Z77 motherboard, not H77.

Don't forget to download an English Windows disc as that's the German version. You can use the key that you buy here, of course.

Integrated PSU - NO!
Buy something like the superflower amazon 450W. This is one of the best cheap ones around. Don't scab money here.

It might be worth considering that the 1TB drive is not a heck of a lot more, but it depends on how your budget is:

Alright I've changed the motherboard and CPU fan and case and PSU as you recommended. And upgraded to 1 tb.
Also I haven't included windows ( I'll just buy one from a shop here)

I can't vouch for the quality of Toshiba drives as I haven't been following them. If you want recommendations for cases around the same price, the Xigmatek Asgard and Bitfenix Merc offer screwless(ish) designs.

That system should run everything on near maximum at 1920x1080.

Do you think it's worth it to get a 7870 for an extra €35 or is there a better option for the price?

€35 isn't that much more relative to the whole card. Yeah, I'd say it's worth it if you have a few extra euro to throw around.
I suppose my first priority if you've got some additional money though, would be to put it into an SSD.
