corsair carbide 400r

i built a pc in may and this was the case i used.the two front usb ports have stopped working.any ideas where i would go first or who i would email for a repair or replacement?

i bought it at hardwareversand but its a corsair case.

Had a similar problem a few days ago with a 500R front panel. Went and filled out the form here:

http://www.corsair.com/support/technicalsupport/

They got back to me 2 days later with a voucher for a replacement front panel.

I've done that very thing. thank you very much. is it easy replace the front panel?i haven't had time to have a proper look.

filled out corsair form and ordered the part for free just now so it will take a few days id say.

yea. Corsair are pretty good with rma stuff. they were out of stock of the thing when the same happened to me on the 600T (actually it was the fan controller that pooped) so they sent it from Hong Kong under priority mail. took 4 days to arrive which was excellent.
