Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi,

I was looking at the Sony KDL-46HX853 at €1,749.00 Incl Vat as a new T.V. It gets quite good reviews and I do preview the Sony range. I need to get some feedback on the set before I make any purchase.

I'm not sure if Sony have plans for a completely new T.V range with the 4k technology in the coming years for example or 3D next year without glasses.

I was looking at this Sony set for a while but not sure about how it fares with everything else. Please let me know what you think

It's an awesome TV - it has received the best set of reviews that I have seen for Sony sets in years. Sony will not be bringing out a replacement for the 46HX853 this year and 3D without glasses is quite a while away. They have released a 4K TV this year but unless you have space for a 85" set and £25k then I'd buy the HX853. It comes with a 5YW and free 3D blu-ray player right now so it is a fantastic deal.

i just got it today dude and its awesome ! I got the 55" and although its massive I am really glad I went ahead with it. The extra screen space just makes you forget about everything else.

If they brought out a new 3D TV without the need of glasses soon I would be pissed but most feedback I got the same, it is quite a while a way and expensive.

HD suddenly looks worth it and blu ray is awesome

Where have you seen it with the free 3D Blue Ray player?
