When getting the 216 bus to UCC from douglas, is it best to get out at Grand Parade stop or Glasheen Road. (Going to the Boole lecture theaters)

    Thanks in advance

Assuming you are in the main campus, get off at Glasheen Road/Hartlands Avenue junction.

If this is a regular commute, consider getting a weekly ticket and getting the first bus that comes by and changing to a 205/208 at Washington Street

I agree with the previous poster, why not have a look at google maps? I grew around that area, the 216 comes up past St Finbarrs Cathedral, then up onto Bandon Road, this part of the route is only a 5 min walk from UCC.
