Small fire off the coast of Garretstown area today?

I was near Garretstown there at around 2:00pm and there seemed to be some kind of boat on fire out at sea. Was watching for about half an hour, the navy came and there were a few speedboats, I think they put out the fire. I couldn't really see very well. Does anyone know what happened?
