Hi all,has anyone here used This Screen Protector on the iPhone 5/4s/4.If so what is your opinion of the product.
It's not cheap,so I'd like some references before I decide to buy or not.I've seen a few reviews and general consensus is all good.

Does anyone know a company selling these that isn't based in the US?

    Incase Snap

Had one for my 4 and think I'll get one for my 5.

I've had a look on the Irish Apple store and I can't see it, or any other iPhone5 case for that matter.

Are they there and I'm just missing them?

I got one from proporta.com. €17.95 and got a screen protector free. When I got the actual case there was a screen protector already included too. The case looks identical to the Snap one I have now and I got two free screen protectors. Haven't got the iPhone yet to try it on but I'd say it'll fit nicely.

Got the Griffin dual cigarrette charger in the post this morning. Only €2.99 + €0.99 p+p.

Tis powerful enough to charge the iPhone 5 & the iPad 2. Better still it charges them both at the same time. Happy out.

Does anyone know if you can get lightning cables in black? Weird I know, but I hate having a white cable trailing up my dashboard in the car to the phone holder.

Why such a big cut out for the Camera? :(

Case like this would be perfect if it had more precise cut-outs.

I am just replying in relation to another user's comment about the quality of them and as i have spares that i will not sell i will offer them to him for free as it just saves him buying them , did not mean any harm

    Thanks

Its like that on most cases i believe , some have even the whole left top corner cut off , i think its because of the flash which needs space and the camera zoom

Are they charging over the odds or the same price as Apple?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 235 ✭✭Markjsca1

Just got one myself in CPW - €19.90 and no, they're not part of the 3 for 2 offer. Seemingly no iPhone 5 related accessories are in the 3 for 2 offer.

Na works out nearly 5 euro cheaper than if I had went ahead and got them off Apple.ie. didn't have to pay the 5 euro delivery charge and have to wait 3 weeks for it either.

I see the Desmay Slight case is now in stock.
    http://www.desmay.com/products/slight-5-for-iphone-5

I was going to get one but have changed my mind. Frankly I reckon the protection offered is minimal and I've been in denial about how much I need.

Also a couple of reviews I've read make me suspicious that the marketing (and imagery) is better than the reality.
    http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1457408

Instead I'm off to find the slimmest, best-fitting bumper I can find. :)
