Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We are finding pockets of space going forward. Our formation is working well

    It sure is.
The team looks very well organised, even with some changes.

Not many had heard of Cazorla?...Niall Quinn!!

Close Podolski. Just a little bit lower.

    Scuffed shot from Podolski.
This is very promising, we are breaking them down easy.

    Jenkinson deserved better there.

It's funny this season we seem to be shooting too early rather than take a touch when there's time for it.

Podolski and Gervinho need to get their **** together, at both ends.

    Bit cynical from Zabaleta

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,594 ✭✭✭kingshankly

    Silva has been absolute muck

  • Administrators, Computer Games Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 32,410 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭Mickeroo

Ahhh if only Gerv had squared it.

Thought gervinho had messed that up but was actually a good tackle from Clichy.

    Good start from Arsenal.

    Jenkinson looks dodgy.

Why did Podolski choose Diaby there?

Its fcuking Clichy Niall, not cliche.

Must be watching a different game here, looks very solid to me

Do commentators watch the match they're commentating on?

Very disappointing if Arsenal do not get a goal before half time.

Usually 0-0 would keep me happy but I see us tiring a lot in the second half.

We're not offering very much at all.

    Great stuff from Gibbs.

Neither are City, we are controlling the game though.

Same here. But we do have Walcott and Giroud on the bench. Walcott in particular would thrive on the counter attacks we are getting down the wing

Zonal marking of course is the problem. Time for mute.

Lescott had no business getting his head on that, was barely off the ground.

Shut the f*** up about zonal marking. Arsenal have only conceded one goal prior to this!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,907 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

Happy with that, we've not been great but have the all the important goal.

We need a performance in the secondhalf.
gervinhos first touch hasn't been great, wonder will Giroud get off the mark here.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,756 ✭✭✭emergingstar

that was kos or podoskis fault not zonal marking

It's a giant head though. The ball is more likely to hit it than not.

A little harsh to be a goal down at half-time. Could have been very different if Gervinho had been a little sharper. He did seem to be getting more into the game tho. Very impressed with Ramsey.

Don't deserve to be behind at HT.

If the game flows the same way in the second half we'll get something out of it. Ramsey has been class.

But zonal marking is evil. Andy Gray said so.
