Article in examiner on Saturday saying that Lisney EA are relaunching this development again. They look ok from front but behind houses does not look finished. They are guiding at 205k it says. Murphy construction seemed to have gone into receivership and NAMA stepped in. Am I mad to even consider buying one of these?
