Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

silcone rubber mould

i wanted to make a mould of a beer bottle that i can put sugarglass into for video purposes and i know how to make the mould and sugar glass and that but i cant find any silcone rubber mould without getting it from america does anyone know where to get it in ireland ?

I recently made my own silicone mould from Cornflour, Silicone Sealant (the stuff you use around the bath) and white spirit. I was delighted at how it turned out. I made a couple of moulds of shells, just painted on the first bit (to avoid bubbles) and poured the rest of it and they came out great. I used a shellac coating on the sheels first as they're porous but forgot to use vaseline when I poured the mould and it still came out great. A smooth surfaced bottle should be a doddle. I found the recipe on Instuctables but if you'd like my version give me a shout.
