Criminal Damage and two possibly three counts of assualt

Hi There

I am a 20 year old student no criminal convictions. I have got JLO'd in the past for pulling a knife on two girls while in secondary school thats a long story.

I am in court for smashing a taxi drivers drivers side window with a wheel brace I also believe the glass cut him and I threaten to kill him and his family who were also in the car. There was his three young children aged between (10 months-3yrs) and his wife. I then got back into my car and parked up in a car park. When Gardai arrived they pulled out there batons and I ran towards him he drop his baton and pepper sprayed me. I resisted arrest and elbowed a female garda while being arrest.

A doctor also claims I assaulted him a few months ago waiting to find out if charges will be pressed Claim is false did not assault him lying bastard. What will most likely happen Judge is Mary Fahy
