Ya the majority are from Trilogy tri club, by that i mean the static marshals on the route. Oh and getting 165 marshals is hard enough without trying to add to it !!!

    i meant the motorbike marshals

I seen and shared a post from Midland tri saying that a bike was taken at TriAthy but i don't know if it said it was taken from transition or off a car. Bad form on whoever took it.

She's fine i believe, there were two "crashes" on the bike route that i know of and they are fine.

I saw another lad I think, it was just at the rail track looked like nasty road rash down his arm and shoulder. Worn with pride today no doubt.

Is there a record of any drafting penalties that were handed out? Or were there any at all?

I saw one huge pack heading back when I was at about 10-11KM on my way out. There must have been at least 10 of them and some were 3 abreast.

Also, I personally saw one of the top men drafting like a trooper.

elvis, you're probably sick of answering questions by now, but just wanted to check, the AG classification for the sprint will be done at some stage? or has it been decided just to leave overall results? just wondering as i won't bother checking any more if it's not going to get done

    cheers

Hi folks, had a great day out at TriAthy, has anyone heard of a new event in the north tipperary area called The Centaur Challenge? saw a flyer for it in my local GAA club... the date was the 22nd June'13... something about a fun race over horse jumps / course? sounds interesting! drop me a note if anyone has heard about this event...
