How do I register for electronic billing?

Hi, I rang EI this morning to take over the bill on a new tennancy. After dealing with rep, she put me on to sales who took my bank details, gave me my new a/c number and told me that I would need to go online and register for the online billing option in order to take advantage of discounts.
