    Anyone know how to make the yogurt topping you often find on rice cakes and flapjacks?

    Here two you could try,

    white chocolate:

    200g white chocolate
    100ml natural yogurt,

    melt chocolate in bowl over water, when melted leave to cool for few mins, add in yogurt, mix well, and pour over flapjacks, leave to set in fridge,the kids love it :)

    cream cheese/yogurt

    1 tbsp natural yogurt
    50g cream cheese
    200g icing sugar
    Few drops of vanilla extracts, or rind of lemon and juice/ orange or lime,
    anything that you like really.

    sift icing sugar into bowl,
    add yogurt and cream cheese,mix well, add what flavour you like,
    put into fridge, it will stiffen up,
    spread over flapjacks.
