Hi folks, I'm currently trying to sort out my website detail when it turns up on google. Its the info with the website name and the page headings underneath is all a bit mish mash, and not concise. How do i sort this or anyone in the cork area that might be able to sort for me?

Does your page have a meta description ? Google may take text from other parts of the page if one isn't present, to form one, or ignore the meta description if it's not relevant.

Hi, thanks for your reply, Yes your right, It's something i didnt do right from the start, so i got a plugin for it and entered a meta description for the home page.Would it take a few days for that to come through on the google?

yes, up to about 2 weeks. It all depends on when google comes back to poke around, and indexes it .

The more often your site is revisited the faster the changes will be reflected in Google..

Na not really, books tend to be outdated quickly.. so i tend to steer away from them.
