Hi all. I've been paying PPI on my credic card for years. I'm now unemployed and entitled to make a claim, so I have a few questions:
    • Is it worth it? Will it affect my credit rating?
    • Will the cost of PPI increase next time because of my claim?
    • Will it affect my chances of getting a loan in future?
    • If they find a reason not to pay out, can I sue them for "mis-sold" PPI?
    • Has anyone here ever claimed it?
I'm reluctant to claim, but haven't much choice.

    Cheers,
    Newmug

Has anyone here ever claimed it?Yes many year's ago and I was happy I had it although I was mis-sold as the bank made it a condition of a loan where they had no right to do so but it worked out in my favor so I did not complain!
