    They were quite unlucky really alright. Good dishes from both. The girl was very unlucky really, a perfect fondant and nice ice cream should make you a lock for an apron but the standard was just very good.

    Well not long to go until the first big challenge on Masterchef this evening.

    I keep in touch will all the other 15 contestants and there are alot of worried people before tonight's show, it was a very tough challenge and of course 4 people lose their aprons tonight, very few of us are looking forward to seeing this episode!

    Will I keep my apron, you'll have to wait and see!

    my money is on you making it past the first challenge, you seem to know the two lads (judges) well so sounds like you did....good luck (retrospectively)!

    Maybe you've already answered this but how long ago was tonights episode filmed? Like are they filming the semi-finals at the moment but not airing for another 10 weeks?
