Hi folks, my Onkyo-875 front right output isn't doing output anymore :) Should I ship it up to yourselves or do you have recommendations for people in Dublin who could repair it?

    Hi Ciotog,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Was the amp bought from ourselves? If so we should be able to look after it for you :)

Where else would anyone buy? :) I'll arrange to ship it up to yourselves, I just thought there might be a handier local option that would avoid transporting 25kg of Onkyo (in an environmentally friendlyish mood)

Great answer. Love it and thanks for putting Chris in his place.

He's just making sure the boxes are ticked as we get customers sending us stuff that was not bought from us and we are unable to verify the warranty status etc

It's very difficult to provide repair help for something that you didn't supply in the first place. :o

Unfortunately all Onkyo is repaired centrally in the UK so if you can send up that light 25kg package, we'll get it over to the UK and get it sorted for you.

    Cheers

    Dave
