Do chantarelle mushrooms grow wild in Ireland?

I love these mushrooms and remember picking them in the woods in France when I was on an exchange during school. Do they grow wild in Ireland?

Yes, they are pretty abundant in autumn/winter.

I wouldn't suggest foraging for wild schrooms unless you go with someone who knows what to avoid though. Could make yourself very sick.
