Any budget in mind? Are you looking for a professional camera or a handicam? Would you consider hiring a camera operator with kit?

It's hard to say what's the best camera at this particular time because things move so fast. It's a bit easier with pro gear because those cameras aren't updated as much but they are expensive in the region of €2000-3000 and for that kind of money you could buy a few consumer cams and have multiple angles for your recordings.

If your not planning on doing anything fancy and nobody wants to learn anything to advanced then consumer cams with a good zoom would be what your looking for. You should have tripods for them because you'll be using the zoom.

You should look for the current top ten type articles from review sites they'll give a comparison review of the current batch of cameras. Or you can always go second hand.

Get a good robust camera though, if it's going to be travelling a lot and being passed through different hands don't buy a cheap camera, it'll fall apart.
