Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi could someone be kind enough to answer this hypothetical question . Would it be legal for a person who is owed money by a debtor and is preparing a case for the high court to send a person to threaten or harass the debtor ? summary summons already served on the debtor .

Many discussions on this - Section 11 Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act.
