Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A player putting his hand on another player's shoulder does not equal a penalty
Agree with that. He looks to go down, never a penalty. Seem to remember Shels fans complaining when their player was booked for going down easily in last years cup final..

    Both sending offs were unnecessary.

The difference between monday nights penalty and shels' red in the final is the fact that the shels player was going full whack when he was knocked off balance. It looked theatrical, but find me someone who can go down gracefully when givin' it socks and we'll talk.

So when a player goes down easily the outcome should just be decided on what suits Shels. Sound.

Yes. That's exactly what I'm saying.

Many Sligo fans heading down to the Cross on Friday?
Should be a decent crowd down alright. Not gonna make it myself, funds just aren't there!

Tbh it wasn't on purpose by Matthews, it seem he was continuing on with play rather than booting it at Brennan when the whistle had gone.

    He defo meant it Gav.
