I think that Ireland should become a united state of america !! think about it , geographically its perfect , the yanks could get a base in europe and we could get all thos american companies to provide us with much needed jobs !!Im gonna lobby my local T.D , mite as well the countrys fooked .

So you noticed a pattern.. well I'm throwing my lot in with the Red White n Blue of France then if just to remind the kids, surely, tbh that there's a higher aspiration in terms of the military success they do crave after 10yr of being propaganda monkeys but alas no real media inundation from that country hence almost forgetting it's existance.

Besides the French put manners on the English and words in their language before they even attempted put manners on us and the US so people need get some real aspirations, that's all.. cos it's like one big constant stream if lemmings over the cliff edge, tbh and I'm gutted. I love this country, and want it to act like the republic t claims to be but the people are becoming a kip

If the idea is to "get some money in " becoming the 51st state is not a very bright idea. One reason among hundreds is that the spending cuts imposed would put the current ones in the ha'penny place. This is a country after all that only pays 40% of it's unemployed ANYTHING and where TWO MILLION experience homelessness in a given year. Now go to sleep!
