    1. What is your budget? [€300]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Dev work - Visual Studio, Small MSSQL Databases for testing. Maybe some Photoshop. 16+ tabs of Youjizz.

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [No]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? Yes - HDD, DVD-Rom

    5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Card Reader but not essential.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No

    8. How can you pay? Credit Card

    9. When are you purchasing? in the next month

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? I should be okay, I've got plenty of time on my hands.

    Not long ago I made a build from HWVS and it came in around this price, just looking for your advice now.
    Would prefer Intel.
    Dual display would be nice - my current monitor is vga.
    No fancy lights cos it will be in my room so don't want it keeping me awake at night.
