    Dear BOI

    Your support team is providing phone numbers to contact Homecare Insurance Limited that are not valid for use in the Republic of Ireland.
    The difficulty I had this morning trying to explane that to one of your reps.

    If BOI is a business associate with Homecare Insurance Limited, you should be providing customers with the ability to cancel these charges without difficulty.
    It should not be hard to provide working phone numbers.
    I also wish your staff would understand this issue better.
