I have been the target of systematic workplace bullying by a manager at work for over two years. It has had a significant impact on my mental and physical health.

I have tried every route and effort possible, all to no avail, and I am now at the end of my tether and need the help and advice of a good solicitor.

It is quite a complex case, and I do not want to go to some multi-purpose jack of all trades solicitor with limited experience in this area, I want the help and advice of an experienced, preferably specialised firm, that have dealt with these cases many times, and whose fees are fair and up front.

I would appreciate any recommendations, especially from anyone with direct experience in this issue.

Thank you for your help, this is my last ditch effort.

Normally, we would prefer to see things like this done by PM - however I can understand why the OP prefers to post anonymously.

OP, can you post again please, letting us know what part of the country you are in - or able/willing to travel to.

After that ... positive recommendations only folks.

"Dis-recommendations" are just too troublesome for boards. If you want to tell about how Solicitor X ripped you off, then to it without their name and invite people to email you for the name.

I've used O.Mara Geraghty and McCourt Solrs - excellent and not that expensive

I have been down this route through the Rights commissioner service and eventually several full Labour Court Hearings. If you want to hear what it cost and the outcome you can PM me. I can also advise of experiences with some so called employment law experts.
