If you know someone in collage, they could access the information via the library resources. These resources are used frequently for research.

Or buy this Euromonitor report for €675.

You could try Enterprise Ireland. They have a lot of data on the food and drink sector and have a market information resource centre. IBEC may also be able to help. Try Bord Bia too.
