Anyone having any issues with 48 Network?

Himself is on 48. Tops up by €10 per month as doesn't use internet etc. Membership was paid for 2 months on the 30th August, and is showing on account as paid and expires 30/10 but not allowing any calls or texts to be made? When he tries to make a call, he gets the following message... Sorry this is one number you are not…
