What should I cook for dinner!?

What's your favourite meal to cook, your go to, the one you know off by heart, it's a regular on your table but always impresses!? I'd love to try other peoples recipes I think its nicer then using a cookbook like getting it from your mammy! It's been tried and tested and all that! So my suggestion is would anyone be up…

a typical meal in galway as seen on 'the secret millionaire' is beans on toast for someone on the dole.

cook the beans in the microwave or on the oven until warm.
cook toast in the toaster. 2 or 4 slices depending on hunger.
