Hi, I am checking out the job market at the moment. Would really like to find somewhere where there was a genuine interest and passion in technology and innovation. The company does not have to using scala, hadoop but there should at least be a culture were some people know what these technologies are and what their pro's…

I am checking out the job market at the moment. Would really like to find somewhere where there was a genuine interest and passion in technology and innovation. The company does not have to using scala, hadoop but there should at least be a culture were some people know what these technologies are and what their pro's and con's are.

Also somewhere not just looking for grads or people with < 5 years experience. Somewhere where people with 10, 15 years experience are around and where the company is looking for people at this level also.

The problem is when you go to a recruiter they tell you whatever company they put you for is like that.

Are there any companies that people feel are like that?
