Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Haha while reading this on my phone I got a pop up for some granny bra advert.
OP, I bought a good sports bra, but tbh, they don't really work, they still bounce. :p
Shock absorbers max support are good. Don't think any are 100% bounce proof, but these are pretty close!

I see an opening in the market here for some sort of fitting / monitoring company / person ..

Sweet zombie Jesus yes. And it's worse than you're thinking. Similarly, high bar stools are lethal. Have inadvertently crunched one sliding sideways onto a stool. For a while afterwards, even looking at one would make me start to sweat, go weak at the knees and get slightly nauseous, with a rushing sound in my ears.

    Guilty.

I go out running and wear a sports bra that doesnt exactly keep them in place. I havent got huge ones now but they are big enough. They bounce a lot when I run, I couldnt give a crap to be honest. Not painful, not annoying and ill get a better sports bra eventually.

If my boobs bother anyone they may look away.

Yep, Shock Absorbers are the best I've found. They hold them nicely in place when I'm running. I don't have big boobs anyway so it's not major problem but still, I want to prevent them going south and losing elasticity for as long as possible.

They don't bother me anyway-why would they? but I do wince a bit when I see other runners bouncing all over the shop because
    a. it looks a bit painful, especially if they're well endowed ladies and
    b. they'll end up with them down to their knees before their time without the support of a good sports bra to hold them in.

    Here ya go: Shock Absorbers
Wiggle have good customer service and are cheaper than in the shops here I find. Or you can buy them in most good sports shops. If you're interested :) my advice is do it sooner than later if you're a regular runner ;)

well sports bras are for comfort, they're not really going to stop your boobs sagging in the end.

Sorry but why the **** would anyone be bothered by seeing your boobs move.?
It's a very relaxing pastime (watching boobs bounce).:)

I wasn't bothered by bouncing boobs. I was merely surprised that given that the ladies I saw had spent a lot of money on expensive runners to support their feet and branded clothing to look trendy, they failed to think of the damage they are doing to their boobs by not investing in a decent support undergarment.

Running can cause a lot of wear and tear on the body, I don't see the point in running to tone up the body only to have ones boobs sag down to ones waist when one removes ones bra.:p

I don't get it either. It's very uncomfortable to have your boobs bouncing in all directions, I wouldn't dream of running without a good bra (and by good I mean 'does not permit movement in any direction'). You'd literally come home with your tits hanging off you otherwise, and about 3 inches closer to your navel then they were when you left the house.
