Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wow. We've learned so much from the Spurs game. What did Fergie say after that? "Hard luck lads"? As terrible as Evra has been for a couple of years, what does it say about the manager who keeps playing him? Senile. He must be absolutely bat-**** senile.

That goal had absolutely nothing to do with lack of pace, it was lack f effort!

He was beaten becuase he hadn't a clue where the man behind him was. I wouldn't say it was a lack of effort.

Could people please stop calling people senile when its not appropriate? It's the second time in as many days and I find it quite offensive.

Anyone else find it ridiculously ironic that Evra came out and slated how they played vs Spurs and in general for the whole season so far and yet he continues to stroll around without a care in the world?

He knew where he was when he turned to face him but made no effort to close him down or stop a cross.

I really don't think it's down to effort. I can't agree wih that.

Rafael showing Evra there how to defend and track your man's run.

Evra, as captain, should be ashamed of himself really.

How is still been made captain,a right joke,a captain is supposed to be a leader like Vidic,Evra hasnt been a leader for a long long time

Anderson has been good on the ball and Cleverley has looked decent too, not impressed by his first touch tonight but they look decent together.

Be interesting to see a replay of the Utd goal. Thought RVP was offside but would like to see it again.

Really glad RvP was bought. Nice to see Rooney doing what he does best and not be the most creative AND the goalscorer.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,672 ✭✭✭ScummyMan

That link up between Rooney and RVP could spell trouble for Kagawa. I doubt all 3 will start in the PL.

Wonder what they would do if kagawa started aswell tho. Could only strengthen the team. Midfield is poor again tonight.

Nani on for Ando to give us an outlet

    What???

this is as solid as midfield has looked all season IMO!

Rooney looks immense in the position he is playing tonight. His passing is a joy to behold at times.

I would not be too unhappy to see him in the number ten role more often.

He's playing well leave him on. The midfield are doing well. Fletcher surely will be first to be off anyway.

    Lack of width is sickening.

Aye I dont think its really a reflection on Ando. Its just from this point in the game he fades badly and I really think we need at least one wide player to give them something else to think about rather than just pack the centre of the pitch

Nani and Kagawa to come on, problem solved.
