Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If, for example, you printed an article on a website just so that you could read it yourself without having to read a long article online and had no intention of using it to take credit or for monetary gain, could you be taken to court?

In theory, yes, you are still in breach of copyright.

    In theory, yes

Not always. The Irish Times has Ts&Cs where they grant the user specific rights that include printing.

I would think such use would come under the fair dealing provisions.

Most answers are in the Act, http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/2000/en/act/pub/0028/index.html
