Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

FAS STUDENT BREAK RIGHTS

My wife is attending a fas full time course. My question if anyone can help is what break rights do the students get. From my understanding (which is very limited) if you are on course with FAS you have the same rights as someone whom is employed.

If this is in fact the case then if you work 7 hours you are entitled to 1 hour break in total. If this is in fact the case then where can I find the law on the net to be able to show my wife.

    Many thanks

Charter prevents any sort of legal advice - The NERA website is excellent and a quick google would have taken you there.
