Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Attending childcare meetings

    Hi, I wud like the opinion of staff that work in creches and playschools especially privatly run ones.
    Are you obliged by your boss to attend meetings held by county childcare committees, IPPA, etc. Are you paid for these seeing as they are mostly at evenings and weekends.

    Can't say for creches, but primary teachers do courses at night/on their own time and very often at their own expense.

    Dont have a contract. these arent courses, tey are more information evenings on various topics.
